The safety operation of the drill rig

1. Before use, check the rotation flexibility of the pneumatic motor, remove obstacles in the range of the drill and walk on the road, and check the passing ability of the road surface.

2. Before the operation, check the drilling tools, propulsion mechanism, electrical system, pressure system, air ducts and dust proof devices.

 3. When drilling, the vacuum cleaner should be started first and dust should be reduced. The powder should be observed at any time, especially when drilling down the hole should be strengthened and the drill should be strengthened when necessary.

4. Observe the sound and mechanical operation of the impeller at any time. If any abnormality is found, check immediately and troubleshoot.

5. In drilling, no reversing motor or rotary reducer should be avoided.

 6. Before adding the drill pipe, clean the hole in the hole of the drill pipe and avoid the dirt into the impeller.The drill pipe which does not conform to the specification or wear is not used. The drill pipe which is broken in the hole should be taken out by special tool.

 7. During the short time of the drilling machine, a small amount of compressed air should be supplied to prevent the rock powder from breaking into the impeller;If the drill has beenstopped for a long time, the impact device should be removed from the hole bottom 1-2m and fixed.

8. The drill bit should be replaced immediately and the diameter of the drill bit should not be greater than the diameter of the original bit.

 9. When drilling the hole, if the drill pipe is found to be still in motion, the impact device should be checked out of the hole.When found hard alloy under the bit off, for a small piece should use compressed air to blow out, large pieces of debris can be used is less than the diameter of the rods, the use of yellow or asphalt will alloy plate sticking out from the hole.

10. When the drill occurs, the thrust should be reduced immediately, and the rotation and rinsing should be strengthened to gradually normalize it.If a serious card drill, must stop immediately, with the tool plus torque and pull, make the drilling tool turn loose, then the edge of the air side raise the drill, until the return to normal

 11. During normal operation, when the air pressure is lower than 0.35 Mpa, the check should be stopped. 

12. The degree of slack of the steel wire rope should be adjusted constantly, and the reliability of the work on the rotation and the lower stroke switch should be improved.When you can't do the right action, you should fix it in time.

13.In the operation, the lubrication of the moving parts should be checked at any time.

 14. When the rig is shifted, the slide frame and drill arm should be adjusted to maintain the balance of the machine. 

15.After completion of the operation, the drill should be parked in a safe zone for cleaning and lubrication.
