First of all, I, under normal circumstances, this problem occurs only after we purchase a new mud pump and use it for a period of time. This problem does not occur when a new machine is just bought. In fact, the BW-250 mud pump structure is very simple, it is mainly composed of crankcase, pump head, power three parts.
The BW-250 mud pump itself will have some vulnerable parts, such as cylinder liners, pistons, piston seats, connecting rods, tie rods, crankshafts, connecting rod bushes, crossheads, intake and drainage seats, etc.
Once the mud pump does not supply water and the water supply is reduced, we should first check whether the mud pump is leaking, if not. We will open the cylinder head part of the pump head, open the four screws at the front end with a wrench, and observe whether the piston is worn and whether the cutter seat is worn. By observing, you will find that there are some small gaps in the cooperation between the piston and the cylinder liner. In this case, we need to replace the new piston. At this time, we should take out the special tool in the mud pump accessory box and replace the piston. Then reinstall it, you will find that the problem just now has been solved.
