      The GHP3017E is a newly developed tunnel grouting concrete machine integrating electromechanical and hydraulic systems; it combines the advantages of well-known domestic and international brands in design and manufacturing. The vehicle adopts a modular design to meet the construction needs of different projects.

      1. Modular Design:
      According to the different construction needs of customers, there are many optional configurations to meet the needs of different working conditions.
      2. Electronic Control System
      : Adopts a special controller for construction machinery, with better dust and water resistance; the failure rate is very low, and it can adapt to harsh environments.
      3. Concrete Pump:
      Adopts a large, long-stroke pump system with strong suction capacity, capable of pumping 30 cubic meters of concrete per hour, while reducing wear and tear and extending lifespan.
      4. Power Cable:
      Standard equipped with 3 × 50² tensile and wear-resistant cables, capable of withstanding strong voltage fluctuations and extending lifespan.
      5. Travel System
      : It uses the original Dana drive shaft, hydrostatic gearbox, high and low speeds are adjustable, providing a more convenient automatic driving and handling experience.
      6. Concrete Pumping Pipeline: The
      conveying pipeline uses large-diameter pipes, reducing concrete abrasion on the pipeline, extending pipeline lifespan, and providing strong anti-clogging capabilities.
      7. Acceleration System
      : Utilizing pulse signal feedback, genuine Italian-imported proportional flow control valves are used to precisely control flow in real time.
      8. Emergency System:
      When the power grid is cut off, the emergency system can be activated, and the chassis engine is used as power to perform all emergency operation functions.
